REQUISITOS INDISPENSABLES
Escolaridad: Diversificado completo o estudios técnicos equivalentes; se considera experiencia relevante de planta
Experiencia:
- Deseable experiencia previa en producción, empaque, bodega o manufactura; no indispensable con buena disposición para aprender
- Deseable experiencia o certificación en manejo de montacargas (autorización interna obligatoria antes de operar)
Conocimientos técnicos:
- Capacidad para leer y seguir instrucciones escritas y verbales; realizar cálculos básicos y verificar cantidades y códigos
- Conocimientos básicos de computadora (deseable); disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
- Producción y empaque: Ejecutar labores generales de producción conforme a procedimientos e instrucciones del supervisor; apoyar actividades de empaque, etiquetado y acomodo de producto, siguiendo fórmulas y órdenes con exactitud y reportando cualquier duda o desviación.
- Prepesado, movimiento y almacenamiento de materiales: Efectuar prepesados de materias primas verificando códigos, cantidades e identificación; apoyar la recepción, movimiento y almacenamiento ordenado de materias primas, materiales de empaque y producto terminado, operando montacargas únicamente con certificación y autorización vigentes.
- Calidad, registros y medio ambiente: Realizar controles y registros operativos de forma completa y oportuna; reportar derrames, daños y desviaciones de calidad; manejar materias primas y residuos conforme a instrucciones de seguridad y protección ambiental.
- Seguridad, orden y mejora continua: Usar correctamente el EPP en todo momento, mantener áreas y equipos limpios y ordenados, participar activamente en capacitaciones y colaborar con producción, bodega, calidad y mantenimiento para cumplir el programa de trabajo de forma segura.

We consider an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience to determine final salary. This role is eligible for benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.

Skills Required
- Completed diversified secondary education or equivalent technical studies
- Relevant plant, production, packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
- Forklift experience or certification
- Internal authorization before operating a forklift
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to perform basic calculations and verify quantities and product codes
- Basic computer knowledge
- Availability to work rotating shifts
