We are looking for an experienced OpenShift Engineer with 5+ years of IT infrastructure, platform engineering, or DevOps experience and strong expertise in deploying, managing, and supporting Red Hat OpenShift environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining container platforms, enabling cloud-native applications, and ensuring platform reliability and security.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and administer Red Hat OpenShift clusters.
Manage Kubernetes workloads, networking, storage, and cluster lifecycle.
Monitor platform health, performance, and capacity.
Troubleshoot OpenShift, container, and Kubernetes-related issues.
Automate deployments using Ansible, Terraform, or scripting.
Support CI/CD pipelines and application deployments.
Implement platform security, patching, backup, and disaster recovery best practices.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to deliver scalable container solutions.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure.
Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
Experience with Docker/Podman, Helm, and container orchestration.
Knowledge of Linux administration, networking, and storage.
Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Git, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP) is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (EX280), Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), CKA, or equivalent certifications.
Experience with VMware Tanzu or other enterprise container platforms is an added advantage.
