What You Will Do:

As part of a team of data scientists/analysts, you will be part of a data analytics team supporting a large Intelligence Community Agency with data analysis, visualization, and statistics. You will utilize programming and data visualization skills to extract, clean, and analyze data and communicate/report on trends and findings to Government stakeholders. Develop dashboards and visualization tools for best communicating large data insights to stakeholders.

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph

• Bachelor's Degree with quantitative analytic focus; Master's degree with quantitative analytics focus can be substituted for TWO (2) years of experience

• EIGHT (8) or more years of relevant experience Data Analysis / Data Science, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

• Experience with Tableau or PowerBI/other viz software

• Demonstrated experience in data collection, extraction

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Master's degree with quantitative analytic focus.

• Knowledge of Python; in addition, SQL or other data analysis programming

• Proficiency with PeopleSoft, SPSS, Microsoft Access.

• Working knowledge of the Department of Defense (DoD) Intelligence Community (IC) components.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project.

• Strong communication/oral and written skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as a team member.

• Demonstrated ability to merge multiple population datasets that involves use of advanced functions of Excel and other statistical applications.
