Where are we and where do we work from?

We work mostly from home but we love to meet and mingle.  Essentially you choose the pattern that works best for you.  If you prefer to work from home, that's fine.  If you prefer to work from an office, or a combination, that is fine as well. We have offices in 7 cities (Sofia and Plovdiv in Bulgaria, Munich in Germany, Luqa in Malta, Lisbon in Portugal and Bristol and London in the UK).  Apart from these 5 countries we are also registered as an employer in Spain.  If you are a resident of any other EU country, we have certain roles that are available on a contracting model.  If you are a Brazilian national and willing to relocate to Portugal, we also help with Tech Visas.

Our engineering teams are self-organizing agile teams made up of collaborative individuals  You will be working on the latest technologies to make a tangible positive impact on projects for some of the world's most renowned businesses.

Skills and experience

This will depend on the role that you would be interested in but the following are common across all roles:

• Strong command of the English language
• A knowledge-sharing mindset
• Understand the dynamics of a team and how to be an effective contributor
• Ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task with real attention to detail
• Quality driven. It's not enough that it works.  It has to be reliable, maintainable, readable, optimized, and scalable
• A strong understanding of Ownership and Accountability
• Able to work in a fast-paced agile environment
• Flexible and able to provide effective solutions with a can-do approach
• An active listener and able to convey information effectively
