- Students pursuing Master's studies or MBA in Business programs and Industrial Engineering and Management
- MSc students who have 20 hours per week to dedicate for projects
- Crisp communicator: Solid communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Analytical aptitude and appetite: SprintlyWorks is a demanding, fast-paced, and highly-verbal environment.
- Fast-forward thinkers: Sprinters are the ones who are able to learn fast and incorporate feedback to drive the case forward.
