Lead the OpenAI product roadmap and manage the ChatGPT Enterprise platform for MAN. Define governance, policies, feature rollouts, integrations, and success metrics. You’ll be focused in
• Owning and driving the OpenAI product roadmap at MAN, ensuring alignment of MAN’s OpenAI strategy with TRATON Group standards and initiatives
• Owning and managing the OpenAI platform on the MAN tenant, and the governance and service lifecycle of the ChatGPT Enterprise across MAN
• Defining product feature availability and rollout, managing your service tasks and backlog, and defining and measuring success metrics
• Defining governance, policies, and best practices for OpenAI and ChatGPT Enterprise usage, including custom GPTs and Codex capabilities
• Supporting and guiding departments on safe and effective AI use cases
• Managing integrations, connectors and technical platform configuration and implementation support
• Monitoring and driving usage, adoption, compliance, performance, and consumption metrics
• Sharing knowledge
• Aligning with business areas to identify and prioritize AI demands
• Ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and Responsible AI guidelinesIn order to succeed, you’ll need
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience
• Experience with OpenAI or ChatGPT, or similar enterprise AI/GenAI platforms
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business, IT, legal, security, and leadership
• Understanding of the greater Microsoft M365 ecosystem, and/or Azure, and/or the Power Platform
• Strong awareness of AI trends, model evolution, limitations, and risk landscape
• Understanding of data governance, enterprise security principles, and platform administration basics
• Background in service management & product ownership
• Ability to map and prioritize business requirements and end-user needs to the OpenAI ChatGPT capabilities and features, future upcoming functionality and/or potential custom solutions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics
