Position Summary Join our team in Belgium as an Opérateur Magasinier/Manutentionnaire! In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products within our warehouse. You will collaborate with colleagues to support production needs, maintain accurate inventory, and uphold safety and quality standards. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Receive, store, and manage materials and products in the warehouse. - Prepare and deliver items to production areas and other departments as needed. - Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock management. - Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as forklifts or pallet jacks. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. - Follow safety and quality procedures, reporting any issues promptly. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Experience in warehouse or logistics operations. - Ability to lift and move heavy items safely. - Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Proficiency in French or Dutch. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment. - Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP). - Previous experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks. - Basic knowledge of English is an advantage. Work Environment This role is on-site at our Belgium location. You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment where safety, teamwork, and maintaining the cold chain are top priorities.
