Hourly Rate: $47- $50 Per Hour + 12% Super.

Additional payment of $2.00- $2.15 per hour available under Worker Retention Payment Scheme.

  • Before School Care: 7:00 AM- 8:45 AM
  • After School Care: 2:15 PM- 6:00 PM
  • Vacation Care: Flexible upto 38 Hours per week.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday. Guaranteed all school days.
  • Travel: Work close to home
  • Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.
Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

As our OOSH Service Coordinator you will:

  • Be the Visionary: You’re the boss of the service! You’ll plan and program epic science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!
  • Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels like a rockstar. 
  • Chef it up: Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high.
  • Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass.
  • The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OOSH programs.
  • The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
What You Bring to the Mix
  • The Qualification: You’ve got (or are studying toward) a Diploma, Bachelor’s, Masters in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care, Community Services, Youth Work and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved! (Desirable but not essential).
  • The Vibe: You’re warm, engaging, and have a "can-do" attitude.
  • The Essentials: A valid Working With Children Check, Child Protection Training Certificate, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).

  • Valid Working With Children Check
