About your service: All Saints Grammar
Hourly Rate: $47.81 to $50.00 Per Hour + 12% Super.
Additional payment of $2.00- $2.15 per hour available under Worker Retention Payment Scheme.
- After School Care: 2:15 PM- 6:00 PM
- Hours: Monday to Friday. Guaranteed all school days.
- Travel: Work close to home
- Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.
As our OOSH Service Coordinator you will:
- Be the Visionary: You’re the boss of the service! You’ll plan and program epic science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!
- Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels like a rockstar.
- Chef it up: Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high.
- Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass.
- The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OOSH programs.
- The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
- The Qualification: You’ve got (or are studying toward) a Diploma, Bachelor’s, Masters in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care, Community Services, Youth Work and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved! (This is essential).
- The Vibe: You’re warm, engaging, and have a "can-do" attitude.
- The Essentials: A valid Working With Children Check, Child Protection Training Certificate, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).

Skills Required
- Diploma, Bachelor, or Masters in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, School Aged Care, Community Services, Youth Work (or studying toward an approved qualification)
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Child Protection Training Certificate
- First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain if not held)
- Warm, engaging attitude with strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
