Summary:
We are looking for someone to join our team who will focus on onsite support. You will be required to be onsite in San Jose, Heredia in our office 5 days a week. Previous background working in operations support is a must.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for professional and technical work related to the operation and support of the Workplace Technology Service and related components.
- The individual will work in partnership with the IT Infrastructure Service Organization.
- This is an intermediate service supporting role primarily responsible for the operational and transitional tasks and duties which support the Workplace Technology service implementations.
- Workplace Technology services could include but are not limited to desktops, laptops, mobile/smart devices, print, conference room technology and end point telephony, etc
Technologies
- Windows Operate System, MS O365, SNOW, minor repairs to computers, hardware installation
Qualifications:
- Must speak, write and read English
- Ability to understand the business needs and deliver prompt, efficient, and quality service to the business
- Anticipate, identify and meet end-user needs to drive outward results
- Ensures quality standards are met
- Convey complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in a manner that is easily understood
- Actively listens to peer feedback
- Strong analytics background
- Ability to problem solve
- Act decisively and swiftly to identify problems and drives towards solutions while taking accountability for outcomes
