What will your job look like:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for R&D positions.
- Partner with R&D hiring managers to accurately decompose job requirements, define candidate profiles and develop targeted talent sourcing strategies.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities including talent sourcing, resume screening, candidate pre-screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding follow-up.
- Continuously optimize recruitment workflows, balancing hiring pace and quality to ensure strong delivery efficiency and positive candidate/business experience.
- Participate in day-to-day HR operations, such as employee lifecycle management, HR data analytics, team events, culture and welfare administration.
All you need is:
- Bachelor’s degree or above; 3-5 years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience with proven mature sourcing capabilities.
- Fluent English (spoken & written) as a working language.
- Meticulous, responsible, with a closed-loop mindset for problem solving.
- Candidates with pure agency or RPO background are welcome.
- Open to third-party staffing arrangement. (Following strict MNC compliance requirements, formal third-party employment contracts will be issued with full social insurance and housing fund contributions provided).
