In this role, the Project Manager will take ownership of initiatives once they are defined by the Product Manager, managing the research, documentation, coordination, and follow-through required to move projects to completion. This position works closely with product and engineering team members to ensure projects are well organized, issues are investigated and documented, and improvements are implemented efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from initiation through completion once scoped by the Product Manager.
  • Conduct research, gather relevant information, and organize project requirements to move initiatives forward.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation including project requirements, processes, findings, and internal knowledge resources.
  • Coordinate with engineering, product, and internal team members to ensure projects move forward efficiently.
  • Track milestones and progress, identifying potential risks or delays and helping ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Review and manage customer support tickets related to the software platform.
  • Investigate reported issues, gather relevant technical details, and document findings so they can be addressed by engineering.
  • Identify patterns in customer feedback or recurring issues and help drive improvements.
  • Maintain organized records of project documentation, research, and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role.

  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable reviewing customer feedback, bug reports, and support tickets.
  • Ability to work closely with both product and engineering teams in a technical environment.
  • Familiarity with ticketing or project management tools such as Jira is a plus.
