Join Agilent's multifaceted IT Site Support team, where your expertise will ensure flawless IT operations in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated environment. As a crucial team member, you’ll be pivotal in minimizing disruptions, improving efficiency, and supporting critical manufacturing and quality control systems. Your contributions will directly impact business continuity and user happiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite IT support, including PC setup, configuration, fix, and user assistance on manufacturing and QC floors.

  • Handle user accounts and ensure Data Integrity setup.

  • Offer first and second-level support to local and remote users, escalating issues as needed.

  • Monitor and run ticket queues, ensuring timely resolution and reassignment.

  • Assist users with IT systems, deliver training, and develop user guides and communication materials.

  • Provide local support to other IT functions without site presence.

  • Perform system administration tasks, including backups and system monitoring.

  • Chip in to IT projects and ensure compliance with GMP regulations and Agilent IT policies.

  • Participate in audits and compliance activities as the need arises.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent; MCSE – Desktop Infrastructure or equivalent; HP or equivalent desktop/laptop certification.

  • 4+ years of meaningful experience in onsite IT support.

  • Hands-on experience with helpdesk systems, Windows workstations, MS Active Directory, VPN, Anti-virus, SCCM patching, and MS Office applications.

  • Familiarity with IT technologies such as networking, servers, databases, security, and applications.

  • Proficiency in system administration and user documentation.

  • Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is a plus.
