Taylor Management Company is seeking an experienced Onsite Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a large-scale active adult community in Lakewood, New Jersey.

Salary $105,000-$110,000
Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a large active adult community.
- Work closely with the Board of Trustees to implement policies and achieve community goals.
- Prepare Board meeting agendas, management reports, and meeting minutes.
- Develop and monitor operating and reserve budgets.
- Coordinate and oversee vendors, contractors, and capital improvement projects.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure the community is well maintained.
- Respond to homeowner inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with governing documents, policies, and applicable regulations.
- Work collaboratively with accounting, legal counsel, engineers, and other professionals.
- Experience managing a large-scale community is strongly preferred.
- Active adult community management experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HOA management software is preferred.
- CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designation is preferred but not required.
