Mallory Safety & Supply is hiring a Part-Time Onsite Associate to support one of our valued customers in Newburgh, New York.
 

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is dependable, organized, and enjoys working independently. You'll play an important role behind the scenes by making sure employees always have access to the personal protective equipment (PPE) and first aid supplies they need to stay safe on the job.
 

The Details:
 

• Part-time: Approximately 4-7 hours per week
• Flexible schedule: Complete your work anytime between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM

You'll primarily work at the customer site, with occasional work from home updating inventory information in Excel.
 

What You'll Be Doing:
 

No two visits are exactly the same, but your responsibilities will include:
 

• Receiving and verifying incoming product shipments
• Restocking PPE and industrial safety supplies in vending machines throughout the facility
• Maintaining accurate inventory using our vending management software
• Inspecting, cleaning, and restocking first aid cabinets
• Performing inventory counts to ensure products are always available
• Communicating with both our customer and the Mallory team to resolve inventory needs
• Helping keep the workplace safe through attention to detail and proactive problem solving

Previous inventory, merchandising, retail, warehouse, or stocking experience is helpful, but not required.

• Ability to work independently at a customer location
• Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes are required
• Ability to walk, bend, lift, and move throughout your shift
• Ability to read and write in English
