Join Our Team as an Onsite Inventory Specialist!


Mallory Safety & Supply is hiring an Onsite Inventory Specialist to join our Onsite Services team.

As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for individuals interested in building a career while making a direct impact on our customers' operations. In this role, you will serve as Mallory's representative at a customer site, helping ensure employees have the safety products and supplies they need to stay safe and productive every day.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, solving problems, working independently while being part of a team, and building strong relationships with customers. Every day is a little different, and successful team members are adaptable, dependable, and take pride in doing the job right.

Dependent on performance, this role may offer overtime opportunities, additional responsibilities, and long-term career growth within Mallory.


Schedule


  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Occasional after-hours or weekend coverage may be required for emergency stock-outs, machine issues, or customer support needs
  • After-hours and weekend coverage responsibilities are shared among team members on a rotating basis

How You'll Make an Impact


As an Onsite Inventory Specialist, you will:


  • Replenish PPE and other safety products in vending machines, lockers, cabinets, and designated inventory locations throughout the customer facility
  • Meet at the onsite Mallory inventory warehouse (Conex), load inventory carts, and transport products throughout the facility using a golf cart
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and inventory reporting
  • Monitor inventory levels and help ensure customers have the products they need when they need them
  • Learn basic vending machine troubleshooting and perform simple repairs when necessary
  • Return overstock inventory to the warehouse and ensure inventory is accurately accounted for
  • Report inventory discrepancies, stock concerns, and service issues through Microsoft Teams and other reporting systems
  • Utilize technology platforms including Microsoft Teams, VendNovation, and company inventory systems
  • Answer calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform inspections of first aid cabinets, AEDs, eye wash and shower stations, and emergency lighting systems
  • Document inspections and inventory activity using company software
  • Act as a professional representative of Mallory while providing outstanding customer service

Qualifications


  • OSHA 10 Certification required (Mallory will provide training if needed)
  • Valid driver's license and driving record that aligns with our Safe Driver Policy
  • Previous warehouse, inventory, merchandising, stocking, logistics, or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Ability to regularly lift, bend, walk, push, pull, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
  • Must have a working cell phone capable of running required business applications

Work Environment & Safety Requirements


  • Steel-toe footwear is required
  • Pants are required while onsite; shorts, skirts, dresses, and leggings are not permitted
  • Required PPE will be provided by Mallory and must be worn according to customer site requirements
  • This position operates within an active industrial manufacturing environment
