Job Purpose: Responsible for providing services to specific customers as outlined in the customer contract for services. Responsible for monitoring equipment installation/ service/removal as well as client communication to maintain services.

Essential Duties:

• Responsible for providing services to specific customers as outlined in the customer contract for services.
• Monitors equipment installation/service/removal as well as client communication to maintain services.
• Install, service, remove monitoring devices within the timeframe outlined in the contract for services
• Provide all additional services as outlined in the contract for services that may include:
• Maintain product inventory, clean and sanitize monitoring equipment
• Enter all essential data for monitoring purposes in each proprietary databases
• Income evaluation for placement on sliding fee scale
• Fee collections
• Management and daily distribution of fee collection reports
• Daily distribution of client violation reports
• Daily oversite of monitoring equipment performance
• Court Testimony
• Management of violation reporting protocols
• Customer training
• Contractor training
• Client training on use of equipment, care and charging instructions through an orientation
• Contractor scheduling
• Shipping and receiving devices as needed to remote locations
• Police reports for unreturned monitoring equipment
• Weekly data entry into Sales Force.
• Maintain a positive professional relationship with all involved agency staff
• Maintain a professional relationship with all clients specifically providing the required services as outlined in the agency contract for services
• Maintain a professional relationship with all staff and contracted labor
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Solid organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communications skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and an attention to detail.
• Comply with all company policy and procedures
• Understanding of Microsoft Office
• Prompt and punctual regular attendance to office schedule

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School education or equivalent.
• 0-2 years related experience

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and a variety of office equipment.
• Occasionally, this position may need to reach, stoop, or kneel.
