Onshore Consultant - .Net Developer
Location: Austin / Onsite – Round Rock

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the Microsoft .NET technology stack, solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web API
- Participate in requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve production defects
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and Product Owners
- Contribute to system design discussions and technical decision-making
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data protection standards
Eligibility Requirements
- 7+ years of strong experience in .NET Framework / .NET Core development
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Web API
- Strong knowledge of RESTful services and microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)
- Experience with Entity Framework / Dapper / ADO.NET
- Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles
- Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3; Angular/React is a plus
- Familiarity with Git / Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
- Mentoring and leadership mindset
In the US, the target base salary for this role is $130,000-$150,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors
