Online Visual Designer

Join the team and: 

• Propose designs of various kinds (visual, graphic, web, awards and tokens) specifically for social media use and provide expert feedback to designs created by colleagues and subcontractors. 

• Deliver creative content for blogs and social media, lead ideation and creation of shareable content on a daily basis (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram & YouTube). 

• Increase social media management/admin capacity to expand into platforms (Reddit, TikTok, SpiceWorks and others). 

• Realize and fulfill individualized content strategies, suited specifically for each social media platform. 

• Provide graphic design support and increase team’s ability to produce higher-production-value content (videos, infographics, stories, authentic Instagram content, etc.). 

• Follow visual consistency of the brand across all assets, products, campaigns and individual marketing materials. 

• Translate marketing objectives, concepts and messages into visuals and designs. 

• Work with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals. 

• Work with external agencies to generate high quality designs and visuals. 

• Work with the specialist team to develop designs and visuals.

Required experience and skills: 

• At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic and visual design. 

• English at level B2 and higher. 

• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects) 

• Understanding of social media communication, knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok). 

• Video production (including post-production) experience is an advantage. 

• Knowledge of the following tools is an advantage: Sprout Social, Meltwater, Zoomsphere, Facebook Business manager, Twitter/LinkedIn campaign manager.

• Strong ability to translate a creative concept/idea into its visual interpretation. 

• Excellent visual imagination, creativity and problem-solving skills. 

• Passion for visual design, solid vocabulary of visual tools and metaphors. 

• Understanding of creative industry trends, social media and marketing best practices. 

• Ability to build new relationships with influencers and stakeholders inside and outside of the company and foster these relationships. 

• Courage and curiosity to try new things.

• Positive and optimistic nature.

Basic wage component (gross): from 2200 EUR 

• Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months)
