JOB SUMMARY: The Online Sales Specialist position will primarily be responsible for qualifying and managing leads that inquire about PulteGroup New Home Communities that present themselves through inbound online inquiry, inbound phone calls and/or inbound texting. Act as liaison between online leads and community sales teams.
 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Consumer and Realtor Experience:

  • Respond to all email, phone, and text leads with a sense of expediency while remaining customer focused and personable.
  • Provide information and marketing material to leads, along with other important selling points of each community.
  • Qualify each lead based on stated needs and determine best community and/or floor plan fit via strong understanding of all current and future communities.
  • Provide consistent follow-up to online lead with the goal setting an appointment with the Onsite Sales Counselors, including outbound calling and prospecting.
  • Maintain relationships with realtor partners through monthly follow up.

Leveraging Technical Platforms:

  • Utilize multiple lead management software systems daily including:

• Call Tracking Metrics – Phone Routing System

• Lasso – OSS specific CRM

• Podium – Texting Platform

• BombBomb – Video Messaging Platform

• Microsoft Dynamics/D365 – Company CRM

  • Utilize and update internal OSSCR tool (Online Sales Specialist Community Resource) with relevant community details.

Reporting Metrics:

  • Track and report relevant lead activity as it relates to appointments, sales and closings.
  • Provide additional communication to leadership as the voice of the customer for trends, requests, and response to marketing.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

(degrees, licenses, certifications, etc.)

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
  • Real Estate License as required by local/state requirements.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

(work related, tools/equipment, software, etc.):

  • Related Functional Experience: Minimum 2 years professional experience in a Sales or Marketing role.
  • Proven email and phone communication skills.
  • Sales contact / lead management database experience.
  • Experience in new home construction industry is a plus.

COMPENSATION RANGE

  • $20.96 - $26.20 per hour
  • Hired applicant with be eligible to receive appointment & closing incentives
