Role and Responsibilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Accountable for end-to-end online sales performance of Home Appliances and Air Conditioners across Samsung.com and key marketplaces.
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly channel plans, including pricing, promotional mechanics, bundles, and inventory alignment to deliver revenue and margin targets.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for major launches and double-digit campaigns, ensuring strong commercial readiness, traffic acquisition, and conversion optimization.
- Monitor key KPIs (GMV, conversion rate, traffic, AOV, CAC, margin) and drive continuous optimization of pricing, media mix, onsite merchandising, and promotional structure.
- Oversee product listings, content quality, review management, and merchandising strategy to improve discoverability, conversion, and customer confidence.
- Partner with Business Units, Performance Marketing, Regional HQ, and agencies to secure investment, align strategy, and ensure seamless execution.
- Work closely with BU and Finance to manage profit simulation, campaign approvals, promotional spend, and cost-to-serve discipline.
- Improve decision confidence for big-ticket purchases (e.g., AC, HA) through clear process communication, site-visit flows, reviews, and post-purchase journey enhancements.
Skills and Qualifications
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in eCommerce sales, D2C channel management, or online business development, preferably in consumer electronics industry.
- Experience collaborating across regional and global teams, with strong stakeholder management skills to secure alignment and investment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs such as revenue, conversion rates, and traffic performance and using insights to optimize results.
- Highly organized, results-driven, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across cross-functional teams.
