The Online Portal Billing Administrator is responsible for Integration, input, and maintenance of electronic billing of customer invoices submitted through various proprietary invoicing portals mandated by Holt’s customers. Assists Lead Billing Specialist in the research, investigation, follow up and resolution of issues related to rejected invoices submitted through various billing portals. Commitment to ongoing learning, implementation, and development of Values Based Leadership Skill sets. Assists Lead Billing Specialist in the training and development of newer portal team employees.

Essential Functions
- Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
- Learns, implements, and maintains uniform procedures and practices to ensure consistency and enhanced customer satisfaction regarding portal invoice billing and problem resolution that will contribute towards the rapid collection and protection of the company’s investment in accounts receivable.
- Proactively interfaces and communicates with internal and external customers on an ongoing and regular basis to resolve issues related to electronic portal invoicing
- Gathers internal data to ensure invoices are complete and accurate when entered into the customer’s individual billing portal
- Completes the daily workflow of all invoicing being entered into customer portals as scheduled by the A/R Supervisor and the Lead Billing Specialist
- Provides regular input to Lead Billing Specialist, and A/R Supervisor regarding the achievement of targeted goals around the input, maintenance and problem resolution relating customer invoicing portals
- Assists in the training and support to other portal team employees at the direction of the Lead Billing Specialist with oversight from the A/R Supervisor
- Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
- Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of general standard office administrative practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point etc.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Exceptional billing, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to conduct research with knowledge of sources of retention information

- Ability to work with all levels of personnel within the organization
- Ability to manage day-to-day operations, as well as project work in a fast-paced, complex environment
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required, Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Two years of work-related experience required, three or more preferred
- Billing experience preferred
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Travel:
- 10% may be expected
- Valid Driver’s license required and clean driving history
Physical Requirements:
- This position involves extended periods in a stationary position; additionally, occasional movement inside the office to access office machinery, file cabinets, etc.
- This position frequently communicates with employees, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines
- Occasionally moves or transports items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Work Environment:
- This job is generally performed in a professional office; in environmentally controlled conditions, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, and repetitive motion
- Frequently works at fast pace with unscheduled interruptions
