Role and Responsibilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Operationalise approved channel investment plans and activation frameworks into detailed execution timelines and deliverable checklists — maintaining a single source of truth for campaign readiness
- Own end-to-end campaign planning and execution governance across all channels including Samsung.com paid media, marketplace marketing solutions, affiliate marketing, and Live Commerce
- Lead, coach, and manage two campaign managers (secondment) — assigning clear execution ownership, ensuring independent delivery, and intervening only to unblock rather than absorb their execution work
- Govern all campaign budget usage: ensure every activation is supported by approved documentation raised before campaign commencement
- Act as the day-to-day execution interface with appointed agencies, translating management direction into briefs and validating all agency outputs against approved plans, scope, and budget
- Ensure timely collection and validation of complete proof of execution documentation to support invoice validation and audit requirements
- Consolidate execution-level performance insights, spend reconciliation, and post-campaign reports for management’s visibility; surface anomalies and recurring issues with root cause analysis
Skills and Qualifications
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing campaign management, with direct accountability for multi-channel execution and budget governance.
- Proven experience managing agencies and external vendors, including briefing, delivery validation, and financial compliance.
- Prior people management experience; demonstrated ability to coach and hold direct reports accountable for independent delivery.
- Exposure to e-commerce or marketplace marketing environments (e.g. Amazon AMS, Lazada, Shopee, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
