Role and Team

The Online Operations Coordinator develops and maintains relationships with assigned auctions and their team members. They will support the Online Operations Team and Manager in every aspect of online sales preparation and execution.  The Online Operations Coordinator must gain proficiency in auction areas of sale preparation, online vehicle postings, and vehicle remarketing.  They will operate between the hours of 9am-6pm EST on Mondays and 9:30-6:30pm EST Tuesday through Friday.   

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent customer service through strong email and/or telephone support
• Answer auction questions 
• Rectify issues as they arise, facilitating a solution, and following up to confirm resolutions
• Work with team members to manage workload effectively
• Mark units complete and quality check for online sales 
• Release units for online sales 
• Serve as the online operations representative for auctions 
• Understand complex sales schedules and client relationships 
• Audit a variety of sales, including but not limited to closed factory sales, open consignment sales, speciality sales, and DealerBlock events
• Utilize knowledge of multiple customer systems, such as the internal operating system, Email, and Google Suite

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive information
• Proven ability to manage deliverables and metrics against aggressive targets and timelines
• Proficiency with computer systems and applications
• Ability to commute 5 days per week to our beautiful Tempe office
