We’re looking for a results-driven Online Marketing Specialist to boost our global user acquisition through digital partnerships. This is a great role for someone experienced in paid media, data analysis, and creative problem-solving. You'll work with global partners and contribute to the growth of well-known brands like Avast, AVG, Avira, and CCleaner, collaborating closely with marketing, product, BI, and legal teams.
Objectives:
Identify and build digital partnerships to drive large-scale free installs.
Onboard and support new partners through integration and activation.
Manage budgets, track performance metrics (CPI, CTR, ROAS, CAC), and optimize campaigns.
Run A/B tests and improve user journeys.
Build dashboards and provide data-driven insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align growth strategies and ensure execution.
Competencies:
2–4 years of experience in digital acquisition or performance marketing.
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of performance metrics (CPI, CAC, etc.).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Excel and tools like GA4, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or Mixpanel.
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Fluent in English.
