Senior Financial Systems Analyst (OneStream)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Systems Analyst with experience as a OneStream Administrator. This role involves managing the OneStream EPM application to support both external and internal reporting. Responsibilities include maintenance, administration, development, design, report writing, and addressing various ad hoc requirements to support Accounting and Finance initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and a solid understanding of business accounting / finance to support our finance and accounting teams.

Responsibilities:

One Stream Platform Administration

• Administer and maintain the OneStream platform, ensuring its availability, performance, and security.

• Manage platform upgrades and patches, ensuring that enhancements align with business needs.

• Regularly assess OneStream functionality to recommend and implement system improvements.

System Integration & Data Management

• Work closely with finance and IT teams to integrate OneStream with company’s ERP system.

• Oversee data import/export and troubleshooting of integration issues.

Business Accounting Knowledge and Support

• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure financial data is accurate and aligns with business needs.

• Provide insight and technical assistance to optimize accounting workflows and ensure accuracy in financial processes.

User Support

• Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting system issues and offering solutions to users.

• Develop and maintain cube views, dashboards, and reporting for management.

• Maintain documentation, guidelines, and knowledge sharing for system users.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience with OneStream administration and configuration.

• Understanding of accounting principles, financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

• Familiarity with chart of accounts, journals, consolidations.

• Strong ability to analyze and troubleshoot system and data-related issues.

• Demonstration of strong problem solving and research skills. Ability to analyze independently and through a series of potential solutions.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the OneStream platform.

• Strong experience with cloud based financial systems administration and development that aligns with OneStream. Examples include Oracle Cloud Enterprise, SAP, ERP, Yardi.

• Solid understanding of data integration, system architecture, and cloud technologies.

• Familiarity with workflow, business rules, and calculation scripts.

• Work with Managed services to support system development and fixes.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and business teams.

• Project management skills, including demonstrated ability to deliver projects on deadline that meets organizational needs.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
   

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or related field.
