As a One Identity Specialist, you will:
- Lead and manage technical delivery in identity and access management (IAM) projects, particularly involving One Identity Manager.
- Act as a technical lead on international client projects, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to architectural best practices.
- Provide post-production deployment support, addressing complex technical issues and driving continuous improvements.
- Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions, including integration with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange/Office 365, SAP, PeopleSoft, LDAP, and others.
- Develop and customize WebUI components using AngularJS and VB.Net.
- Create custom connectors and integrations to support provisioning and synchronization/reconciliation tasks.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 8–10 years of total experience in the IT industry.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with identity management tools.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Solution Architect in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain.
- Proficient with One Identity Manager interfaces and tools including Manager, Designer, Web Designer, Object Browser, Data Importer, Job Queue Info, Transporter, and schema extensions.
- Expertise in integrating enterprise applications and systems with identity management platforms.
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server (writing and optimizing complex queries, understanding views, tables, and stored procedures).
- Solid development experience with VB.Net and AngularJS.
- Prior experience working with international clients and in Agile environments is a plus.
You should possess the ability to:
- Lead technical discussions and architecture planning with stakeholders and clients.
- Develop scalable and secure IAM solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues during and after deployment.
- Guide junior team members and provide mentorship as a technical leader.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
