In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het veilig en efficiënt onderhouden van een portfolio van liften en roltrappen. Je draagt rechtstreeks bij aan de veiligheid van gebruikers en technische stakeholders.
- Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en servicebezoeken aan liften in jouw regio
- Zelfstandig beheren van een vaste portefeuille binnen een afgebakend geografisch gebied
- Snel en doeltreffend reageren op storingen, met als doel een oplossing bij het eerste bezoek
- Uitvoeren van kleine herstellingen om de werking van installaties te garanderen
- Opbouwen en onderhouden van een goede relatie met klanten op locatie
- In het bezit van de vereiste kwalificaties voor onderhoudsmonteurs in België
- Rijbewijs B
- Ervaring in de liftsector of een vergelijkbare technische omgeving
- Grondige kennis van elektriciteit en elektrotechniek
- Veiligheidsbewust en professioneel ingesteld
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
- Zelfstandig, flexibel en in staat om zowel individueel als in teamverband te werken
- Vertrouwd met het gebruik van digitale en elektronische hulpmiddelen
- Een arbeidsovereenkomst van onbepaalde duur bij een wereldleider in een stabiele sector
