Corporate Strategy Intern (Woodall Rodgers - Downtown Dallas)
As a Corporate Strategy (CS) intern, you’ll gain firsthand experience in the work that shapes the future of the largest utility in Texas. Our CS group is responsible for mergers and acquisitions, deploying incremental capital, monitoring disruption to cash flows and leading our private equity and consulting relationships, engaging with investors and preparation of investor material, and supporting special projects from the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Board of Directors.
As an intern, you will contribute to:

- Evaluate Growth Opportunities
- Assess Market Dynamics
- Prepare Materials for Executive-level Discussions
This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how strategy is built and executed in the utility sector while developing skills that translate directly to both corporate and public service careers.
