We are looking for a professional who can ensure the success of onboarding new customers by collaborating with multiple teams to guarantee customer satisfaction.   • Organize daily tasks by checking the status of service orders, scheduling customer installations, performing account provisioning and phone porting
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of latest best practices and ALLO deployments to best support our customers.  
  • Handle incoming calls from customers and technicians, while also making outbound calls to coordinate installations and site surveys.
  • Collaborate closely with internal provisioning and installation teams, as well as third-party vendors, to ensure seamless business installations from start to finish.
  • Exceed customer expectations by delivering passionate and exceptional service.
  • Multitask effectively to handle various responsibilities and maintain a high level of productivity.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Post-Secondary education strongly preferred. 

  • At least 3 years of previous customer service experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in a role involving light project management or project coordination, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.

  • Has experience and knowledge of Telecom, networking, MSP and/or security industry.  

  • Advanced computer skills 

  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and solve problems logically.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Self-directed and able to handle confidential information.

  • Be technical in nature, having an interest in all aspects of telecommunications.

  • Ability to challenge the status quo with a focus on continuous improvement. 

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • In office with travel to ALLO markets as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Raise objects up to 25 lbs.

  • Remain stationary for extended periods

  • Ability to communicate information

  • Ability to operate a computer

  • Possess/maintain Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)

  • Travel requirement
