As a part of Ministry Brands, we are a fast-growing, globally recognized background screening company accredited by the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) with locations in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Tampa, Florida. We currently have an opening for an Onboarding Specialist on our Relationship Management team. Our purpose is to be the trusted voice in background screening by providing a unique experience that conveys our visionary leadership, passion for service, and commitment to excellence.
Working Location: This is a hybrid role based out of our Tampa, FL or Tulsa, OK office. In this role, you will work from home 2 days per week and in the office location 3 days per week.
Quarterly Incentive Program: This position is eligible to participate in our quarterly incentive program. Associates in this role may receive bonus payments each quarter in which the Protection division achieves its financial targets. Bonus amounts and eligibility are determined at the company's discretion based on overall business and individual performance.
What you’ll do
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients by promoting software and service adoption and implementing effective onboarding strategies.
Lead and coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from the sales phase to implementation
Provide a warm and welcoming experience for new clients, setting clear expectations for their onboarding journey
Collaborate with clients to outline a success plan, detailing milestones and objectives, and ensuring alignment with their goals
Provide live training sessions in a one on one and group setting to ensure onboarded clients know how to order
Recognize and celebrate the initial achievements and successes of our clients, fostering a positive and motivational environment
Provide clients with self-paced education resources to aid in their onboarding and product adoption
Provide live training sessions in a one on one and group settings to ensure new clients are familiar with the ordering process
Ensure that all necessary underwriting and documentation requirements are met to expedite the onboarding process
Work closely with our Relationship Management and Operations partners to facilitate a smooth handoff from onboarding to ongoing support and services
Who you are
1+ years of related experience in a client onboarding, customer success, or customer-facing role
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Ability to quickly understand and familiarize yourself with a large portfolio of products
Experience with industry-specific back-end technology usage, such as Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency in Office 365, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Demonstrated ability to learn and understand basic office software applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organization and follow-up abilities
Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to work both individually and as part of a team
Strong client focus with exceptional collaborative and influencing skills
Effective communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented planning abilities
