The RoleWe’re looking for a curious, customer-obsessed Onboarding Specialist / Solutions Engineer to help new customers hit the ground running and support large prospects with their technical needs.
You’ll sit at the intersection of customer success, support, and product, guiding customers through setup, integrations, and best practices to ensure every rollout feels effortless and every technical question has a clear answer.
Lead onboarding for new Enterprise Giftogram customers — from first login to first campaign launch.
Partner with sales and customer success to scope and support technical requirements for larger prospects.
Configure integrations, APIs, and platform settings to fit customer needs.
Translate complex technical details into plain language that makes customers feel confident.
Collect feedback and partner with Product to improve setup flows and reduce friction.
Be a voice of calm and clarity — the person customers trust when things get technical.
3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (onboarding, solutions engineering, implementation, or support).
Familiarity with APIs, SSO, and integrations (experience with platforms like Zapier, Salesforce, or HRIS tools is a plus).
Comfort troubleshooting and documenting technical workflows.
Excellent communication and empathy — you can meet customers where they are, whether it’s IT or HR.
A bias for action and continuous learning. You don’t just solve problems — you make them disappear.
