Primary Job Responsibilities: 

  • Accurately process and enter a high volume of data into our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Support the client onboarding process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide a seamless transition experience.
  • Monitor data entry procedures, suggesting and implementing improvements for increased efficiency and accuracy.
  • Conduct routine database maintenance and cleanup tasks to ensure data quality and reliability.
  • Participate in ongoing training to maintain a high level of proficiency in our software and data management tools.
  • Handle client calls to discuss missed opportunities, ensuring clear communication and follow-up to address client needs and explore potential solutions.

Qualifications: 

  • 0-2 years of experience in data entry, database management, or a related field.
  • Fast typing skills with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and data entry software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
