Introduction:
This position is responsible for successfully managing integration requirements on multiple, concurrent projects. The projects vary in complexity and scope, requiring strong attention to detail. Additionally, during this project life cycle, this position will serve as the primary contact with the customer, communicating the balancing constraints of project scope, timelines, quality, risk evaluation, setting the expectations and monitoring the client’s assessment. This position will work in line with company values and goals, working towards exceeding expectations and creating raving fans with all onboarding new customers.
What you’ll do:
Manages client through ABC Glofox onboarding process
o Manages project expectations notably around the entire project scope, clarifying project roles and responsibilities
o Assumes leadership role in ensuring that ABC Glofox is aware of and focused on providing the appropriate software and system solutions to our clients
o Assumes accountability for the complete resolution of the onboarding project
o Takes ownership of assigned issues and work as the client’s advocate to bring resolution in a timely manner
o Ensures clients fully utilize the solutions offered and ensure that ABC Glofox earns the maximum revenue possible for each client.
o Teaches and reinforces clients how to get the most out of their relationship with ABC Glofox
o Provides clients with specialized software and system training when necessary
o Up Sells/Cross Sells and educates on all aspects and features of ABC Glofox across all platforms
o Manages, delegates and inspects client issues with divisional leadership
o Uses Salesforce, or other designated CRM, as required to track client interaction and activity
o Facilitates requirements discussions, capture business and financial information, and document the requirements as it relates to the integration in its entirety
o Develops and maintains accurate project deployment and integration schedules
o Oversees and supplies leadership for Client Training and customer visits related to assigned projects
o Create and deliver brand specific training and onboarding content both in person and virtually as required
o Support pre-sales efforts and activities of new prospects and customers when required.
o Approves deliverables and post deliverable signoff
o Provides reporting from all software sources that emulates client’s reporting structure and caters to their specific business needs, financial, growth forecasting, production, marketing and demographic reporting
Directs all conversion and onboarding activities, working with all internal ABC Glofox departments to ensure the appropriate response and communication with the client
o Manages, delegates and inspects client issues with department leadership
o Works with ABC Glofox upper management to resolve issues when necessary
o Provide weekly summaries to department management concerning projects
o Provides expert guidance and support for internal and onsite employees to address critical and/or outstanding issues impacting the project implementation
o Works with Software Development to champion product enhancements and support improvements
o Provides project completion documentation to the Customer Success Management Division to facilitate a seamless transition to the final stage of the project life cycle
Maintains an expert level understanding of all client facing software and systems
Proactively creates opportunities to educate and mingle with clients in region meetings and client gatherings
Records expenses in a timely fashion and adhere to expense policy
Perform other duties as assigned by manager or management
Regular and reliable attendance required
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
3+ years experience managing projects, facilitating client conversations, leveraging technical aptitude, and collaborating cross-functionally to set up clients for success
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Intermediate MS Word, MS Access, Outlook, OneNote
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Excellent time management
Must demonstrate leadership
Must be a self-starter
Must be able to make independent decisions and take calculated risks
Must be dedicated to be available on-call 24/7
Must be an excellent communicator
Must be able to coordinate and maintain several projects with multiple deadlines
Must be able to effectively work across multiple departments to resolve customer issues
Must be an excellent problem solver
Ability to learn and implement technical skills
Proficiency working with tools including Salesforce, JIRA and Asana is a plus
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience required
High school diploma or equivalent
AND IT’S GREAT TO HAVE:
Project Management Certification (preferred)
College degree (preferred)
ABC Glofox experience (preferred)
Ideally bilingual in English and Spanish
