The Onboarding Program Manager plays a critical role in driving the successful onboarding, activation, and long-term marketplace readiness of High Value Providers (HVPs) and Service Companies (SCs) on the Field Nation platform. This role is responsible for designing, managing, and continuously improving scalable onboarding programs that align provider business goals with Field Nation’s marketplace capabilities and operational standards.
As a strategic operational partner across teams, you will ensure providers are successfully activated, educated, engaged, and operationally prepared to succeed within the marketplace. The role combines program management, operational strategy, workflow design, and data analysis to improve onboarding efficiency and provider experience at scale.
What you'll get to do:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable onboarding programs for Independent Providers and Service Companies.
- Develop structured onboarding frameworks supporting the full lifecycle, including verification, account setup, and marketplace readiness milestones.
- Continuously evaluate onboarding workflows to identify operational gaps, friction points, and scalability opportunities.
- Build operational playbooks, SOPs, and governance frameworks to improve consistency across initiatives.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of onboarding initiatives for providers and service companies.
- Define onboarding milestones, timelines, deliverables, and activation goals.
- Monitor progression and proactively identify risks, delays, or provider engagement challenges.
- Coordinate onboarding priorities across internal teams to ensure alignment with operational standards.
- Design and optimize onboarding workflows to improve efficiency and reduce friction for internal teams and providers.
- Identify and support automation opportunities, including automated triggers, status tracking systems, and reporting integrations.
- Partner with Product and Data teams to strengthen onboarding infrastructure and reduce reliance on manual processes.
- Own operational visibility through reporting, dashboard development, and onboarding data analysis.
- Maintain dashboards focused on activation rates, verification timelines, and work order adoption trends.
- Translate onboarding data into strategic recommendations that support operational decision-making.
- Develop and manage scalable onboarding communication strategies and frameworks.
- Create educational materials, provider guides, and onboarding resources to improve provider self-sufficiency.
- Collaborate with Provider Experience (PX) to implement in-product education and guided onboarding experiences.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
- This is a full-time, hybrid position, We come into the office on Mondays & Tuesdays.
- Shift: 9 hours/day – 5 days per week (Mon-Fri)
- Working hours generally range from 8pm-5am (can vary due to daylight savings in the U.S.)

Salary Range:
- BDT 80,000 - 120,000 (Monthly)
