We are currently hiring an Onboarding & Learning Coordinator join our Learning and Development team. This role supports employee learning and workforce development by coordinating and facilitating orientation, ongoing education, and training programs across Episcopal Homes. The Onboarding & Learning Coordinatorwill also oversee the Relias learning management system and work closely with leaders and subject matter experts to support employee development and training compliance.

Wage: $25.00-$27.50/hr. DOE 
Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift 8am-5pm 

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate, schedule, facilitate, and evaluate onboarding, orientation, annual education, and other organizational training programs

  • Lead the planning and delivery of General Orientation and Annual Orientation with guidance from the Director of Staff Development

  • Maintain an annual training calendar and work with department leaders to ensure required education is completed on time

  • Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning resources and educational programs

  • Monitor employee training participation, completion rates, competency validations, assessments, and compliance requirements

  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance documentation, reports, and learning-related data

  • Evaluate training effectiveness through employee feedback, assessments, and performance data

  • Administer the Relias learning management system, including user management, course assignments, content updates, reporting, and troubleshooting

  • Assist employees and leaders with Relias navigation, training completion, and reporting

  • Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, communications, materials, room setup, attendance tracking, and instructor support

  • Serve as the primary contact for external training vendors and coordinate contracted educational services

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for clinical and non-clinical education programs

  • Support competency-based learning and identify opportunities for additional education or refresher training

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, employee development, and engagement throughout Episcopal Homes

  • Participate in Learning and Development projects and process improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered

  • Two to four years of experience in training coordination, staff development, education, human resources, or a related field

  • Preferred: Experience working in healthcare or senior living

  • Strongly Preferred: Experience administering a learning management system, particularly Relias

  • Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online learning platforms

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use data to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Ability to build strong working relationships with employees, leaders, vendors, and external partners

  • Commitment to excellent customer service and continuous improvement
