Day in the Life of an Onboarding Experience CoordinatorManage the onboarding process to ensure collection of all documents for new hires.
Assist Recruiting team in collection of new hire documents.
Ensure compliance with personnel files.
Assist with maintaining personnel files within HRIS.
Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their employee profile.
Provide direction for benefits, payroll, or HR questions.
Provide excellent customer service to employees including current and former employees, as well as potential new hires.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Highly prefer HR experience in Onboarding/Recruiting.
- Must have solid experience with Microsoft Office programs and database experience.
- Must be detail oriented and have excellent spreadsheet skills.
This role will be based in our downtown Greenville, SC office.
