Abound Health is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will report to the Director of Staffing & Workforce Development. The Staffing Coordinator will support the full onboarding process, ensuring the smooth hiring and integration of new team members who are passionate about serving the intellectual and developmentally disabled community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist candidates with completing and verifying new hire paperwork to meet internal, Medicaid, and regulatory standards.

  • Process and review background checks for compliance.

  • Manage onboarding documentation and maintain electronic records in OnTarget.

  • Schedule and coordinate required training including AIM, CPR/FA, and Core Competency.

  • Liaise between new hires and internal departments for a seamless onboarding experience.

  • Track and update candidate pipelines using applicant and hiring systems.

  • Provide weekly reporting to management on onboarding and hiring metrics.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively with candidates, team members, and leadership.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable multitasking and adapting to changing priorities.

  • Familiar with state and federal hiring practices and labor laws.

  • Passion for service and alignment with Abound Health’s mission and core values.

  • Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of human resources or onboarding experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $46,000- $52,000

Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits, which begin on your 60th day of employment.
