About you:
You enjoy helping customers get the most from technology and take pride in making onboarding simple and stress-free. You have experience working with Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) systems and can confidently support customers through setup, training and go-live. You’re organised, customer-focused and comfortable managing multiple onboarding projects at the same time. You can explain technical information in a clear, simple way and stay calm when solving problems.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Lead the onboarding journey for new merchants, guiding them from initial setup through to a successful go-live.
• Configure Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) hardware and software to meet each customer’s needs, including menus, pricing, tax settings and integrations.
• Deliver training sessions that help customers and their teams feel confident using the system.
• Work closely with Sales, Support and Product teams to resolve issues, share feedback and provide a smooth customer experience.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Experience with Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) platforms such as Lightspeed, Square, Epos Now, Zonal or TouchBistro.
• A background in hospitality, retail or a customer-facing operational environment.
• An understanding of basic networking, including Wi-Fi, routers and connected hardware devices.
• Experience delivering training sessions or workshops to groups of users.
