The Challenge AheadAs an Onboarding Consultant, you’ll empower some of the hundreds of customers that join us every month to make the most of CloudTalk's AI suite. You'll drive engagement, maximize adoption, and ensure long-term customer success, ultimately leading to seamless renewals and expansion opportunities.

- Own the first three months of the AIVA (AI Voice Agent) customer lifecycle with CloudTalk, ensuring AIVA goes live within two weeks and customers are utilizing 75%+ of their purchased minutes.
- Onboarding shapes customer success, helping clients see value from CloudTalk AI Voice Agents from day one.
- Serve as the customer’s project manager during the first three months, coordinating with technical support when needed to ensure AIVA is successfully implemented and fully utilized.
- Drive timely product adoption. Guide customers through setup, use case design, rollout, and early value delivery.
- Be a trusted product expert. Share best practices and help customers get strong results from AIVA, AI workflows, and connected tools.
- Customer-first mindset - You focus on customer outcomes and enjoy helping customers succeed from the start.
- Proven history as an onboarding specialist. You have strong experience leading onboarding in a SaaS environment and managing cross-functional handovers.
- AI familiarity - You are comfortable working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or similar products, and you understand how AI fits into business workflows.
- Technical aptitude - You learn software products in depth and guide customers through setup, integrations, and adoption with confidence.
- Tool familiarity -You have experience with tools such as Zapier, Make, HubSpot, and Zendesk.
- Industry knowledge - Experience in B2B SaaS, business calling software, cloud communication tools, or AI solutions is a strong advantage.
- Language skills - Fluency in English is required. Spanish is a plus.
