What You'll Do
- Align customer goals with their use of Blip and guide them throughout the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and remove blockers in the customer journey.
- Document customer projects to ensure clear and smooth internal handoffs.
- Manage onboarding timelines and deliver all project milestones on schedule.
- Activate communication channels based on the project’s needs.
- Deliver training sessions on the Blip platform.
- Review and improve processes and documentation within the area.
- Map workflows, customer pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead internal initiatives and experiments to enhance customer experience.
- Manage your customer portfolio effectively, ensuring on-time project delivery and high satisfaction levels.
- Create materials to help customers better understand and use the platform.
- Act as the voice of the customer, sharing relevant technical or relational challenges internally.
- Collect continuous customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English or Spanish to conduct customer calls.
- Proven experience in customer onboarding within a technology company.
- Knowledge of key onboarding and Customer Success metrics.
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot and Power BI.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Data-driven decision-making.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Experience in crisis management and negotiation.
- Proactivity, ownership, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in project management.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and learn fast.
