What you will do
The Onboarding Analyst is responsible for the setup, maintenance, and support of business customers and their subscriptions to Equifax Business across Australia and New Zealand. This role involves identifying and meeting customer needs to ensure a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the Business Support Dashboard within Salesforce to identify new subscription requests.
Ensure all necessary information is available for new subscriber setup, and that all required paperwork is signed and complies with the Privacy Act.
Conduct due diligence to confirm the legitimacy of applying organizations.
Provide access details to new subscribers via a "Welcome to Equifax" email.
Resolve issues related to user movements within subscriber structures, ad hoc subscriber requests, account queries, suspensions, closures, and reactivations in both Australia and New Zealand.
Create new branches for existing subscribers while ensuring compliance with the Privacy Act.
Manage ServiceNow requests assigned to subscriptions.
Create, manage, and update IQ Connect PVGs, manage user roles (IDM), and handle CCR contributor setups and maintenance.
Accurately input all relevant information into appropriate systems, ensuring accuracy and relevancy within Salesforce and Pegasus.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Services, Sales & Distribution, VISS Product Management, Finance, Accounts Receivable, and business customers.
What experience do you need
HSC or Year 10 completion with further education or relevant customer service experience.
2+ years of experience in a similar customer service and/or administrative role.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with advanced comprehension skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in risk analysis and documentation is highly regarded.
Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft applications.
What could set you apart:
Knowledge of Veda Advantage subscriber/delivery systems and products in both Australia and New Zealand.
Knowledge of The Privacy Act 1988, the Code of Conduct, and Veda Advantage internal processes and procedures.
Experience with Pegasus and Baycorp1 systems.
Previous experience in banking/financial services or insurance companies.
