We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. This role is critical in identifying and engaging potential customers, generating qualified leads, and setting up sales opportunities for the account executive team. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, skilled at building relationships, and eager to drive revenue growth through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. Due to the high-growth environment of our company, there is potential to move quickly into a team lead or closing role depending on performance.

  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, conferences/events, and more.
  • Engage prospects through personalized outreach to generate interest and schedule meetings.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
Sales Outreach & Communication
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement to introduce our solutions to prospective clients.
  • Clearly communicate value propositions, addressing potential pain points and customer needs.
  • Nurture relationships with prospects to maintain interest and drive pipeline growth.
Pipeline Management & Collaboration
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and prospect information in Salesforce.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads smoothly.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams regarding lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Target Achievement & Performance Tracking
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly goals for meetings booked and leads qualified.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques through training, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to refine prospecting strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and using sales engagement tools (Salesloft, Gong, etc.)
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience using Salesforce is a huge plus.
