Position Summary
You will join the Creo team to support Influencer marketing programs as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering Creo Solutions for clients across Canada. Furthermore, you will be cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to keep creator programs on track to deliver excellence week after week.
Key Responsibilities
- Interagency Relationship Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client objectives, target audience, and content goals in relationship to influencer/creator marketing.
- Creator Discovery: Leveraging proprietary technology to aid in creator selection.
- Creator Management: Research, identify, validate, and build relationships with relevant influencers/content creators.
- Program Delivery: Develop campaign briefs, coordinate content schedules, manage product shipments, coordinate events/travel related to creator programs, and track deliverables.
- Contracts & Budget: Assist with contract negotiations, ensure compliance, manage invoices, and track campaign spend.
- Content Coordination: Collaborate on creative concepts, provide mood boards, and manage the approval process for influencer content.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, ROI), analyze data, and help optimize future strategies.
- Reporting: Compile performance reports for management and stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Support: Liaise with marketing, creative, and logistics teams for integrated campaign success.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing influencer events and activations.
- Market Insights & Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and offerings across digital, with emphasis on platform, industry, and martech landscape (e.g., CAPI, GMP, etc.), as well as provide weekly or monthly insights into social and cultural trends.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Relevant experience in digital/influencer marketing.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms & trends.
- Strong project management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Data analysis skills for tracking campaign performance.
- Creativity and adaptability are vital for success.
Education: Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Experience: Experience in account management, digital platform expertise (for large advertisers), as well as proven examples of strong client relationship management and growth as a result of your efforts.
Coordinator: 2-3 years
- Experience in platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIN, etc.
- Knowledge of adjacent technologies, including analytics, ad serving, creator tech, project management technologies, or other.
- Proven ability to handle fast paced environments with strong attention to detail and follow through.
- Strong internal and external communication skills in oral and written communication
- Bilingual (English and French) would be an additional asset, (but not mandatory).
- Available for limited travel for key client engagements, industry events, and Google meetings.
