Position Summary
Trade Marketing account with overall responsibility for the areas of sales support, marketing communications, retail marketing, digital and event marketing.
Role and Responsibilities
What will you do:
- Business Partner Collaboration: Partner with Telecoms to develop joint business plans, ATL campaigns, digital shopper programs and in-store activations,
- Omnichannel Marketing Strategies Development: Create and execute joint marketing strategies with business partner that drive conversion in-store and online,
- Budget Management: Oversee channel marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources between ATL, digital/e-commerce and in-store and activations to maximize ROI. Organizing biddings and securing budgets according to company process,
- Omnichannel Marketing Activation: Develop with business partner integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, digital, e-commerce, social and in-store touchpoints to enhance the shopper experience,
- New launches & Promotions Planning: Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, field force and product management teams to introduce new MX products to the market and implement trade promotions across all channels to drive engagement and sales,
- In-store Visual merchandising: Plan new products exposition in partner stores and prepare visual merchandising standards for field force,
- Partner conferences, business workshops & events: Organize and execute business events (conferences, business workshops and foreign trips) according to company policy,
- Brand image & business relationships: Strengthen relationships with business Partners & uphold brand image in joint communication across all channels,
- Performance Tracking & ROI Analysis: monitor & measure campaign effectiveness, analyze sales impact across omnichannel platforms, and optimize future activations using data-driven insights,
- Reporting: Communicate strategies, campaign results, and business recommendations to internal stakeholders and partners.
Our expectations:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position (cooperation with Partner/Client),
- Experience in trade/retail marketing & ATL media planning,
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive attitude,
- Very good English and fluent Polish communications skills,
- Resilience to stress, consistency in action,
- Attention to detail,
- Willingness for business travels across Poland.
