The Role of omnichannel is increasingly important, the Omnichannel manager is responsible for driving the business across relevant platforms by partnering cross-functionally to ensure Haleon brands win at every point of the online shopping journey to purchase.

Key Responsibilities

1 : Leading and driving omnichannel Business across platforms under Haleon’s digital strategy.

  • Responsible for Omnichannel business across platforms and deliver objective & KPIs with end-to-end strategy to execution on-site.

  • Develop omnichannel plan and lead Joint Business Plan (JBP) of each platforms to win partnerships on driving business objective.

  • Manage omnichannel digital shelf based on shopper behaviour and meet Haleon’s digital shelf guidance.

  • Collaborate closely with performance marketing manager to ensure conversion-focused campaign execution on omnichannel platforms.

  • Drive omnichannel media/ activation / promotion efficiency and effectiveness by collaborate with marketing/ trade marketing/ modern trade sales team.

  • Evaluation and optimize omnichannel investment to deliver competitive ROI.

2 : Responsible for Haleon Livestream across all platforms/ portfolios.

  • Develop annual Livestream plan sync with customers’ activations.

  • Responsible for the ROI of livestream investment with measurement.

  • Work closely with marketing team to ensure brand representation aligns with brand’s guidelines.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital commerce or a related majority.

  • 6 years’ experience as KAM of digital Commerce in FMCG industry.

  • Strong commercial acumen, including budget management, performance tracking, and investment plans.

  • Solid understanding of online shoppers/ digital commerce fundamentals, including the digital path to purchase.

  • Experience using data, insights and KPIs to diagnose performance and drive commercial decisions.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a matrix organisation.

  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills, both internally and externally.

  • Clear, confident communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with digital commerce analytics or digital shelf tools.

  • Experience partnering with customer media or retailer media networks or collaborating on digital activation plans.

  • Strong curiosity for digital commerce trends, shopper behaviour and evolving online retail models.
