JOB PURPOSE
The Manager, Omnichannel will play a pivotal role in enabling growth across Unilever’s Wellbeing Collective portfolio (Liquid I.V., OLLY, Nutrafol, Welly, Onnit, Smartypants). This platform role supports multiple independent operating companies within a complex, vertically integrated eCommerce and centrally managed sales model. Success requires navigating a dynamic matrix, aligning diverse stakeholders, and influencing decision-making across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
The role blends strategic vision and hands-on orchestration: championing best-in-class, digital-first brands, accelerating omnichannel growth, and ensuring that consumer experiences and business outcomes are optimized across all touchpoints.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Drive Omnichannel Strategy

  • Translate brand growth priorities into cohesive retail.com executions, ensuring strategies connect seamlessly across platforms and consumer touchpoints.
  • Accelerate digital growth at top retail partners (Walmart, Target, Costco, Sam’s Club, Kroger) with the ambition of outpacing broader company performance.
  • Expand marketplace opportunities through Target+ and Walmart Marketplace expansion, bundling and gift-with-purchase tests, and supporting both direct and full-service 3P partner engagements.

Commercial & eCommerce Enablement

  • Enhance retailer.com excellence through digital shelf optimization, SEO-to-GEO initiatives, and ongoing performance tracking.
  • Scale AI-driven intelligence by enhancing competitive and social reporting automation and expanding adoption across all operating companies.
  • Enable tools and partnerships that elevate channel efficiency, unify 3P enforcement strategies and capabilities, and expand access to scalable omnichannel solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a conduit to the broader Unilever network, sharing best practices and unlocking efficiencies of scale.
  • Build a strong knowledge-sharing culture by supporting upskilling and community forums (e.g., AMZ, AI, and OMNI weeks).
  • Develop ongoing joint sessions with partners and vendors to unlock innovation, beta opportunities, and shared roadmaps.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $99,760 to $149,640. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.  

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.  

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
