JOB MISSION: 

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to drive our omnichannel initiatives including Endless Aisle, Click & Collect, Ship from Store, Gift Cards and many more. As Omnichannel Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing and supporting the execution of omnichannel services across Europe. You will become an expert in our omnichannel processes and tools, ensuring they are continuously improved to deliver a seamless customer experience across retail and e-commerce.   

 

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

  • Support the implementation, rollout, and expansion of omnichannel services (e.g., Click & Collect, Gift Cards, Endless Aisle) to enhance customer experience. 

  • Monitor and analyze performance data and KPIs to identify issues and drive continuous improvement. 

  • Work with reporting teams on the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decision-making. 

  • Collaborate with IT, Logistics, Finance, and Retail teams to implement new tools and optimize omnichannel fulfillment flows. 

  • Partner with Retail and Area Managers to identify business opportunities, address challenges, and share best practices. 

  • Act as a subject matter expert for omnichannel operations, supporting training and operational excellence across markets. 

  • Communicate analytical insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders to support business growth. 

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS: 

  • Relevant number of years of experience in omnichannel operations, retail, or e-commerce positions. 

  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs and dashboards. 

  • Familiarity with retail and e-commerce systems and processes. 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach. 

  • Experience in a multi-market environment is a plus.
