営業活動に関連するデータ（CRM、売上、HCP情報など）の品質・整合性・可用性の確保と高度化- データ品質に関するKPIの設計、監視、改善施策の推進
- データ取り込みエラーや品質課題発生時の原因分析、復旧対応、関係者調整の推進
データ活用を支える業務プロセス・プラットフォームの標準化、改善、導入推進
- データ入力・更新プロセスの標準化、要件整理、仕組み上の改善提案と実行
- データを活用するための新規プラットフォームの検討、導入、運用定着の推進
- ビジネス要件を整理し、ITと協業しながらシステム設計・運用設計へ反映

Skills Required
- Degree in Economics, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Business or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of practical experience in data governance, master data management, or data quality management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
- Experience in managing CRM (Salesforce, Veeva) and related sales/customer data
- Experience in maintaining and improving data quality rules, business rules, metadata, and data dictionaries
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) for monitoring and reporting
