Mentors consultants, support professionals and other partners; acts as a role model and ambassador for firm values, both within the firm and externally
Negotiates project and program pricing, resulting in sufficient profitability.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

- Strong presentation and storytelling skills for board- and executive-level audiences
- Established network of potential clients across multiple organizations
- Experience producing proposals, presentations, and reports for executive and industry-expert audiences
- Track record of mentoring consultants, support professionals, and other partners
- Ability to negotiate project and program pricing to achieve sufficient profitability
- Commitment to firm-building activities (training, recruiting, alumni, community engagement)
- Willingness to work in-office at least three days per week (hybrid work model)
